Park Rules

By entering the park, you agree to abide by all posted rules and individual guidelines. 

Dog owners are legally and financially liable for injuries or damages caused by their dog(s) and must be present at all times. 

Park is open from sunrise to sunset. 

Use of the park is free. ALL USERS must register online to receive an individual entrance code.
(Information and links to register will be available here when the park is in operation, tentatively by late spring 2025.)

Limit: 2 dogs per handler.

Dog waste must be cleaned up by the dog handler immediately.

Use caution with dog toys to avoid possessive/aggressive behavior. 

Dog handlers must be at least 16.

Handler must have dog(s) within view and under control at all times.

Children under 12 must be supervised at all times; under 6 not recommended in off-leash areas.

All dogs must:

• Be current on vaccinations (e.g. Rabies, Distemper, Parvo)

• Be at least 4 months old

• Be off-leash in the dog park 

Prohibited:

• Aggressive dogs

• Sick dogs

• Dogs in heat

• Glass containers

• Human or dog food/treats
  
  

Using the double-gated entryway to enter and exit 

• ONE handler at a time

• Keep your dog leashed until inside the entryway 

• Once inside the first gate, remove the leash.

• Let your dog enter the park off-leash through the second gate

• Exit one handler at a time. Put leash on dog before exiting the double-gated area

Small dog area: Under 30 pounds

Large dog area: Over 30 pounds
