BG Dog Parks Top Dogs

Meet the special "TOP DOGS" that motivate the work of this organization.

Harri

Hi! I’m Harri. Yes, I’m hairy, but I’m also Harri. I’m a hairy Harri. My

real name is Harrigan, which I think is an awesome name, but it tends

to be a bit wordy when I need to be called quickly for supper.

You may recognize me from my Mom’s shop downtown, Blush Bridal,

where I famously posed with many a bride to enhance their bridal

photos. Personally, I think that was a mistake because, seriously,

who’s going to look at a bride when there’s me to look at? Am I right?

I’m retired now, and love spending my time traveling, playing ball, and

ridding my beloved Bowling Green of the excessive “squirrelage”, if

you know what I’m mean...I love my community and I hope you join me in supporting efforts to create dog parks inside Bowling Green.

See you there!!!

Finneus (Finn)

Hi there!

I’m Finn, which is short for Finneus, and am the cutest beagle mix you are (SQUIRREL!) ever going to see. I just turned three years old (SQUIRREL!) and got lots of toys that I love to play with.

As you can see, I have a very long tongue which is usually hanging (SQUIRREL!) out and handy for lapping up any kind of food. I love everything. I love to ride in the car (SQUIRREL!) and have an extremely short attention span.

I love my family, cuddling with Mom, (SQUIRREL!) and am happy go lucky all the time. Gotta go. I think I see a SQUIRREL!

Macy

Well, all I can say is that it’s about time I make the “Top Dog” list.  I’m Macy, or Macy Pants once we get to know each other… I am a German short-haired pointer with some other fun stuff mixed in. Most people think that pointers are water dogs. I beg to differ. If you even try to get my hair wet I will complain. We don’t mess with perfection.

I am a little more on the mature side at 13 years old, but can still sit pretty, high-five, speak, spin and twirl with the best of them. If you check my dating profile, you’ll see that I like to sit in the front window, talk with the dog next-door, stalk bunnies squirrels and birds, and visit my good friend Charles Ralph.

My special trick is getting my hoomans to take me for a walk whenever I want. I just snap my toes and out pops the leash. Am I a bit of diva? Let’s just say, I run my household, do you?

Toodles…
